Ex-Cop Lawrence Woods, has been charged in court for first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The former cop sexually abused children while on duty and police are calling upon members of the public to come out and write statements if their children were abused by Mr Woods.
Lawrence Woods was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and was returned to jail without the option of a bond.
Lawrence Woods, now 66 and retired is accused of sexually assaulting and abusing children some who have come out.
The man abused the children both inside the police precincts and in the outside.
The hearing is scheduled for October.
