Kenya defense forces are raring to storm Kismayu and Afmadow. Recent military acquisitions, morale boost, besides strings of success have inspired the KDF troops. However, Strategic Intelligence has learnt that KDF will not storm Kismayu yet since National Security Intelligence Service NSIS has advised the president against giving the command yet, but for a number of good reasons
NSIS plays a pivotal role such as providing intelligence and counter measures to preempt threats. It collaborates with military intelligence to provide insight on strategy besides providing sufficient strengths and weaknesses analysis of the enemy.
