Kenya Army Deploys ‘Black-Ops” Against Al-Shabaab Terrorists

The “The Black-Ops” team operations have led to the Significant decline in the capability of the Harakat al-Shabaab al-Mujahideen terror movement to win the hearts and minds of vulnerable Somali’s. In Kenya, the recruitment drive has stalled and there is social resistance to extremism.

According to intelligence reports, the objective of Kenya army’s ‘Black-Ops’ efforts is to exploit and destroy Al-Qaeda branch in East Africa, Harakat al-Shabaab al-Mujahideen terrorism movement hostile religious-political ideology by developing and sustaining resistance forces to accomplish Kenya’s strategic security and economic objectives.

Kenya Army ‘Black-Ops’ Overview;

The greatest threat from Al-Shabaab is not the attacks against civillians, but their propaganda. They use this propaganda to monopolize the Islamic religion to have an iron grip on the Somali society and the Muslim following. More or less, the terrorists everyday struggle to maintain this grip since its their only way to survive.
