300 security men making it impossible to launch an attack, let a lone an arrests protect him.
These 300 men are heavily armed and well trained in both armed and unarmed combat.
Joaquin “Chapo” Guzman was born in 4th April 1957. Chapo Guzman is 5 feet 6 inches.
The Mexican army has 2 officer stationed at El Paso Intelligence Center.
The two officers have been placed at the center to investigate Joaquin “Chapo” Guzman.
The Mexican army is working closely with the US intelligence to stop drug trafficking with over 3000 people dead due to violence related to drugs.
National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair and Mexican Defense Secretary Gen. Guillermo Galvan Galvan are closely working on the issue.

“(Galvan) noted that they have found 10 to 15 locations where (Guzman) moves, but that “Chapo” commands the support of a large network of informers and has security circles of up to 300 men that make launching capture operations difficult,” The cable reads
