ISIS in the Khorasan Province of Afghanistan (ISKP) has issued a statement claiming responsibility for a suicide bomb attack in the capital Kabul. The attack is said to have been targeting an American army contingent convoy in the capital seeing as the location is close to several embassies and NATO headquarters.
ISKP released pictures of the Suicide bombers who carried out the twin attacks that left 40 wounded and 26 innocent people dead among then six Journalists in the morning attack. The journalists were hit by the second attack after they appeared at the scene of the first blast to report on the bombing attack.
The ISKP have however maintained that at they inflicted at least 100 casualties in the Monday morning attack a common feature in the attacks to exaggerate the causalities in any given attack.
The attacks come barely a few days since a multi-national task force dismantled the propaganda sites ISIS.
