ICC Schedules on November and December for Kenya Spells Power Vacuum and National Security Threat.
In November and December President Kenyatta of Kenya and his deputy William Ruto will appear at the International Criminal Court to defend themselves against charges on crimes against humanity, at the same time.
This same day and week schedule is a panacea for political instability and subsequent threat to Kenya’s national Security.
The president and the deputy will be away leaving the country vulnerable.
ICC Intentions of planning such schedule falls short of either setting stage to provide a window of opportunity to anyone with intentions.of causing political instability to ascend to great limelight of achieving a civilian coup since current political and economic environment provides such.
Or, ICC had such a tight schedule and found little sense of Kenya’s sovereignty hence scheduled the entire presidency of Kenya to be at the Hague.
Any legal office or court can certainly identify this important aspect of political leadership as a key component of stability and National Security, hence use it to reschedule court sessions to safeguard the interests of the country.
This begs the question WHY DID ICC SCHEDULE A SESSION THAT POSES GRAVE POLITICAL THREATS TO KENYA?
It is rational to conclude ICC hopes either the president or the deputy will have to ignore attending the court to keep the country stable based on the above national Security threat hence rope on him by issuing an arrest warrant.

This is very very sad but as a kenyan i wont give up. What God has chosen no one can put a lock
We shall not relent ….Justice for all
Kenyan is bigger than the two leaders
