A man identified as James Dean Wirickhas been arrested for trying to steal candy while drunk.
Wearing only a pair of shorts and white socks James Dean Wirickhas was arrested Friday afternoon.
He was trying to steal candy from a Subway restaurant in Prince Frederick, Md.
The man refused to stop when a lawman tried to stop him.
He was arrested and charged with theft and being disorderly.
