Denmark’s ambassador to Kenya, Somalia, Eritrea, and Seychelles paid a visit to the AMISOM HQs in Somalia where he pledged his country’s support to the mission in Somalia.
The ambassador, Mette Knudsen said that as AMISOM troops prepare to withdraw from Somalia, the transition ought to be effected in a matter that doesn’t erase the gains the mission has made in the past 11 years.
