Michael Maloney was killed by suspect Cullen Mutrie, officers investigating the fatal shooting of chief Michale Maloney have reported.
Cullen Mutrie has been confirmed dead alongside the woman he was holed inside his house.
According to police officers who spoke with him during the raid, Mutrie claimed his house had been searched illegally.
Cullen Mutrie owned the house where four police officers were fatally wounded and Chief Maloney was killed.
Mutrie was described as trouble by his neighbors and had a violent criminal record.
Cullen Mutrie wanted to be a fire fighter and had to recant his testimony when he was charged in a court allegedly for punching a man to save his ambition to be a career fire fighter.
Crime intelligence experts pointed out Mullen’s past record and frustrations as obvious repercussions of frustrations and an appetite to settle scores.
Mutrie has a facebook page where he claims to be a Hampden Falls firefighter further confirming his obsession with firefighting.
Cullen Mullen faced drug charges that led to the Thursday arrest warrant prompting him to shoot at the five police officers and killing one of them.
