Police arrested Ricky Roy House and Kendra Tooley a couple accused of kidnapping their friend Joelle Lockwood, Police Report.
The kidnapper couple committed a crime equivalent to modern day slavery, police sources reported.
Joelle Lockwood was caged and forced out to work for the two.
The crime has shocked many who cannot believe modern day slavery can exist.
The kidnapper couple have been holding Joelle for 59 days forcing her into forced labor and sexual abuse.
The woman was helped to run by a man believed to be an ex-lover of Kendra Tooley who had visited the couple and was shocked when the man told him that he had a girl in a cage.
