Turkish military on Wednesday confirmed that coalition forces strike hit a Daesh target in northern Syria completely destroying a bomb-laden vehicle in Vukuf region.
The drone strike struck a bomb-laden vehicle in the Vukuf area at 12.49 p.m. local time (0949 GMT), Turkish General of Staff said in a statement.
Operation Euphrates Shield, which was launched on Aug. 24 continues to record successes against Daesh terrorists.
The operation aims at Neutralizing Daesh insecurity and eliminating terror threat along Turkey’s border border using Free Syrian Army fighters backed by Turkish armor, artillery and jets.
