Pictures of a New Mexico State police officer having sex with a woman during a lunch break led to the dismissal of the officer, Bert Lopez.
Officer Bert Lopez was caught on camera having sex with a woman on a car’s hood outside a ranch in Santa Fe.
The decision to fire the sex cop was made towards the end of the week by senior officers though they claimed that Bert Lopez did not commit any crime.
Officer Lopez has 30 days to appeal the decision.
The pictures of the cop having sex were captured by a a motion-triggered security camera positioned at the front gate of the county-owned La Bajada Ranch south of Santa Fe.
Bert Lopez is an 8-year police veteran and photos of him having sex on a police car hood ruined his repute as a New Mexico cop flat.
Bert has made it clear he will appeal the decision to fire him.
