A motorist has killed a traffic police officer on Interstate 81 near Binghamton around noon, police have confirmed.
Killer motorist Almond Upton of Melrose, Florida sideswiped two vehicles with his 2014 Toyota Tacoma, changed lanes and intentionally hit trooper Christopher Skinner.
Christopher Skinner died instantly and Almond Upton admitted that he had deliberately swerved his pickup from the left passing lane to the right shoulder with the intention of hitting Trooper Christopher Skinner on Interstate 81 near Binghamton.
60 year old Almond Upton has been charged with first degree murder. He was found naked in a forest by Police sniffer dogs and when questioned admitted to the murder saying that he was headed to visit his mother.
Police say the Upton was not drunk neither high on drugs.
