5 Pro-Islamic States terror group commanders have been arrested and detained by the Al-Qaeda branch in Somalia Harakat Al-Shabaab Al-Mujahideen movement Amniyaat operatives in Bu’ale, commercial city in the Middle Juba Jubaland State region of Somalia.
