On 4th June 2015, 5 Men involved in the planning and conducting the Garissa University attack were charged with 152 counts of terrorism by the Milimani Court in Kenya.
Mohamed Surow, Osman Dakane, Mohamed Abikar, Hassan Hassan and Sahal Hussein were part of the Amniyaat cells that planned and provided logistical support to terrorists who conducted the terror attack.
The court denied the 5 terrorists bail and ordered they be remanded until June 11 when the court will rule on their bail terms while the hearing of their case was set for Aug. 24 and 25.

The 5 were arrested after credible intelligence linked them to the terrorists who conducted the attack, Al Shabaab’s Southern Somalia chief, Mohamed Kuno Gamadheere, and a Amniyaat operative under surveillance by the Kenya Security Intelligence.
