John Junek murder case took a twist when a prosecutor charged him with involuntarily killing his 4 year old son.
40 year old Junek left his 4 year old son in his car for 6 and half hours on a basement parking.
Temperatures reached 88 degrees prompting the suffocation of the boy.
John Junek had dropped his other son in school and forgot his younger son was still in the car until the mother called much later.
The boy had died by the time medics came to the rescue.

Mr. David Goldman,
You identify yourself as a renowned intelligence news analyst… And yet you get the fundamental facts in the case, above (Junek), WRONG… If you bothered to actually READ the charging document, then you’d have the correct data.
The son who died was NOT the 4-year-old.
The parking was not in a “basement” parking.
The son who died was not “suffocated”, but died of hyperthermia.
I also suggest you read the article found at . Pay close attention to David Diamond’s section.
Other than that, the last sentence in your story was valid… you need some more work on your “analytic” abilities.
