The 90,000 acre Ol-Pojeta conservancy has acquired a license to use aerial drones to combat poaching in the Kenyan wildlife sanctuary.
Ol Pejeta conservancy will this June launch the aerial ranger, a drone that will conduct real-time surveillance of the animal sanctuary.
For 3.2million Kenyan shillings, the aerial ranger will provide the much required security to animals conserved at the ranch, Ms Elodie Sampere has confirmed.
