Afghan security forces conducted airstrikes in various provinces in the past 24 hours killing at least 13 militants including ISIS- Khurasan terrorists.
According to Afghan military sources, the airstrikes killed 4 Taliban operatives in Ab-e Kamarie district of Badghis and another similar airstrike killed 1 Taliban operative in Ghormach district of Badghis.
Afghan security forces also conducted an airstrike in Qaisar district of Faryab and killed 1 Taliban operative.
The source also added that another airstrike in Giro district of Gahzni province killed 3 Taliban adherents and a similar raid killed 2 others in Khas Uruzgan district of Uruzgan province.
The security forces also conducted an airstrike in Sherzad district of Nangarhar province which killed 2 ISIS Khurasan fighters.
The anti-government armed militants have not commented regarding the airstrikes.
