A suicide vest accidentally went off prematurely among Taliban operatives in Ghazni province of Afghanistan, killing several fighters and suicide bombers.
According to the Ministry of Interior (MoI), a suicide vest strapped in the body of a Taliban operative went off prematurely, killing 3 suicide bombers and 12 terror fighters.
The incident took place in Musa Kalim area of Nawa district on Saturday as the Taliban operatives were looking to launch an attack on an organization in Ghazni province.
The extremist groups including Taliban have not commented regarding the incident.
Taliban militants are active in some districts of the province and often conduct terrorist related activities targeting security forces.
