Ethiopian warplane is reported to have bombarded an Al-Shabaab operational and logistical base in the outskirts of Baidoa town of Somalia.
The airstrike was carried out on Thursday targeting the Al-Shabaab base in the militant-held village of Bur-Ayle close Baidoa town.
Undisclosed number of militants reportedly killed and others injured in the bombing.
The attack comes a week after Al-Shabaab claimed to have carried out deadly ambush attack on Ethiopian military convoy near Burhakaba town.
