Hossein Ali al-Chawish, a notorious Mufti (religious leader) of the terrorists, was gunned down by attackers believed to be in rival terror faction in Southwestern Aleppo, on Monday.
According to local sources, al-Chawish was assassinated by Tahrir al-Sham Hay’at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) at Abu Atabah checkpoint.
Assassination of terrorist groups’ members and commanders has recently increased in spite of terror emirs declaring ceasefire among rival militant groups in Northern Syria.
Sources affiliated to the terrorists in Afrin reported that on Thursday-past week, a commander of Faylaq al-Rahman ‘Free Police’ in Eastern Ghouta named Abu Khalid al-Zaqloul was killed in a bomb explosion in al-Basouteh region of the town of Afrin.
