Latest military reports from Somalia indicate that the Al-Qaeda (AQ) affiliated Al-Shabaab suffered yet another blow after Ethiopian troops arrested two of their operatives near Baidoa town.
The two were arrested while planting IEDs on a road mostly used by security forces.
AMISOM bomb experts carefully dug up and defused the IEDs preempting the threat on their convoy.
Al-Shabaab is known to plant IEDs on roads that are commonly used by SNA and AMISOM troops in Somalia.
The central and southern areas of Somalia still harbor Al-Shabaab militants.
