Linda Boni operation director Joseph Kanyiri has reiterated that security officers will not relent until the Al-Qaeda affiliated Al-Shabaab terrorists are captured and eliminated.
Kanyiri confirmed adequated army troops and police officers have deployed in several areas in Lamu to comb the locality for any injured or dead Al-Shabaab.

Nyongoro has become an area of concern for security officers following the sporadic terror incidents and ambushes that happen in the area making it a double hotspot.
