An ISIS fighter has surrendered to Puntland authorities.
Corresponding open sources report indicate that ISIS fighter named Abdullahi Mohamed Saeed who is originally from Bay region in South-west of Somalia surrendered to Puntland forces today (Wednesday) in the morning. He Also surrendered assortment of weapons.

The surrender comes less than two weeks after ISIS carried out a suicide bomb attack in Bosaso port town of Puntland that killed at least three people.
On December last year, Puntland government forces captured Qandala coastal town of Bari region, which had fell to ISIS in October, 2016 and arrested more than 100 terror operatives whom included child soldiers.
