Mossad, Israeli security intelligence service agents are in Kenya for an intelligence sharing and anti-terrorism intelligence meeting with their Kenyan counter-parts NSIS.
NSIS which is tasked with ensuring national security is breached will discuss measures to put in place to increase intelligence gathering on terrorists activity.
An estimated 16 Israeli intelligence officers are in Nairobi. They have been to Mombasa and back to Nairobi to discuss issues of intelligence against terrorists activities targeting Israel, Kenya, Britain, and United States.
Kenya Anti-Terror Police also confirmed presence of FBI agents and Israeli intelligence service officers who they are closely working with to preempt terrorist threats.
According to KATP, Iranian terrorists, and Al-Shabaab pose a threat which has prompted sharing and close working arrangements between NSIS-KAPT and FBI+MOSSAD.
Mossad is a highly reputed intelligence organization which has helped Israel keep away hundreds of planned terrorists threats.
