Police source say two of the suspects were shot dead by police officers while two others were lynched by angry bob for robbing motorbikes from popular boda boda riders.
In the first incident, a thug who attempted robbery in Juja Road was gunned down by police and a pistol was recovered from him.
The second robbery attempt was reported at Nairobi’s Savannah where a criminal gang had attacked a Coca-Cola depot robbing the owner of Sh 10,000 among other items.
As they were leaving, one-gang member was shot dead by police and a pistol also recovered from him.
Separately in Kiambiu slums and Buruburu suburbs, two thugs were lynched to death by angry mob on claims they had robbed motorbikes from riders.
Police say the bodies were moved to city mortuary as manhunt on those escaped during the Coca-Cola robbery incident, still on.
All incidents happened on Wednesday night according to the police source.
