KDF OFFENSIVES
In a separate incident, KDF, a contingent fighting Al-Shabaab within AMISOM command killed 21 Al-Shabaab fighters alongside a junior level commander identified as Salad Bart.
In yet another raid, KDF airstrikes pounded an Al-Shabaab Berhani base (40 miles south of the sea port of Kismayo, in Lower Juba Region of Somalia) in the morning (0000hrs EAT, Tuesday). Human Intelligence collected indicates the base had encamped about 300 jihadists.
