An IED explosion destroyed a Kenya Army logistics vehicle in Lamu’s Boni forest during a counter terrorism operation, defense intelligence reports.
There were no causalities on Kenya’s military personnel. The Defense Military Intelligence of the KDF reports there were no injuries or fatalities in the IED explosion as alleged by the terror group.
According to the Military Intelligence, Al Shabaab has retreated and are in fear. “They canot attempt to attack our bases and camps after the Sunday CT-Operation that left 20 of the dead.”
