Report by Somali National News Agency (SONNA) indicates that the suspects were arrested after they were intercepted at the port city of Kismayo on Monday morning.
According to SONNA media report, Police are debriefing the suspects who are claiming to be sailors from Comoros.
Initial reports released to SONNA allege that the men were suspected to be foreign fighters with links to the Somali based Al-Shabaab.
The foreigners are also reported to speaking French language.
Interrogation of the suspects currently underway.
