At least four Taliban terror combatants were killed in an airstrike conducted by the Afghan Air Force in northeastern Takhar province, Afghanistan.
According to The 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North, the airstrike was carried out in the vicinity of Gor Tapa area of Khwajah Ghar district which harbors the terror combatants.
The source further added that another three Taliban combatants were also injured during the air sorties and one of their hideouts was flattened.
Humiliated anti-government armed militant groups including Taliban combatants have not commented regarding the report so far.
Takhar province is located in the Northeastern parts of Afghanistan bordering some of the relatively volatile provinces in the North.
