3 Al-Shabaab Killed in Botched Ambush on KDF Troops Patrol in Dhoobley Somalia


3 Jihadists were shot and killed while dozens others escaped with seriously injuries after Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) troops on a regular patrol identified their positions on Tuesday mid-morning.

The Al-Shabaab fighters attempted to counter the military operation by launching an ambush to the patrol outside Hawina village while lies between Dhoobley and Taabto towns of Lower Juba region of Somalia.

Kenya Defense Forces repulsed the terrorists killing 3 and injuring dozens others.

No Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) troops was injured.
