Latest reports indicate that Russian President Vladimir Putin authorized a military operation in eastern Ukraine, February 24, 2022.
According to Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin had launched a “full-scale invasion” on Thursday, confirming that explosions have rocked multiple cities around the country.
The explosions began almost immediately after Putin announced a military operation in Ukraine, in a surprise televised address.
