Nairobi played host to selected business leaders, trendsetters and policy makers from across the African continent over the weekend as they discussed the economic trends in Africa.
The forum was organized by the Strathmore Business School. They discussed the major growing trends in the economic sector and the future and prospect and at the same time insight provisions on the economic growth in the next ten years or so.
Among those in attendance were Kenya’s Manu Chandaria and Keroche Breweries CEO, Tabitha Karanja. The panel was majorly constituted by the School’s alumni.
Among the key explored matters were the developments in the energy sector and ICT and how they were being projected to change the continents economic sector with increased investments being experienced.
George Njenga, Strathmore Business School Dean, said that it was the first of many of its kind as an initiative by the school to create an avenue to share knowledge among the players in the industry.
