23-year old Mauricio Juan Jimenez Aguirre has been formally charged with unlawful entry to the White House, police report.
White House trespasser Mauricia Aguirre tried to climb a barrier set up outside the White House but was arrested by the secret service and handed over to the police.
Juan Jimenez Aguirre pleaded not guilty Monday.
Police say Mauricio Juan Jimenez Aguirre denied the unlawful entry charge.
He will return to court March 2
