A Man who spent 2 decades on Delaware’s death row is free.

A Federal judge said prosecutors who are seeking to revive Jermaine Wright murder case could not do so using Wright confession to the cops’s in 1991.
Jermaine Wright is accused of the 1991 killing of a liquor store clerk.
According to records Wright confessed under the influence of heroin and court officers did not advice him about his rights well.
The confession under influence is what Prosecutors relied at Wright’s 1992 murder trial.
