34 year old Alexander Hernandez has been arrested in connection with the random shooting of civilians in California, police have confirmed.
The suspect killed 3 people and injured several others after he went on a shooting spree in suburban Los Angeles.
Alexander Hernandez of Sylmar, also killed dozens of dogs on Saturday and was arrested and released on a $$1million bond.
According to police reports in California, Hernadez fired shots from a tan or gold-colored SUV with tinted windows using a shot-gun.
