More than 100 girls are in grave danger after they were abducted by suspected Boko Haram militants in Nigeria.
Islamist’s raided a government girls secondary school in Borno State at night and abducted more than 100 school girls.
The incident happened late Monday in Chibok area 90 miles south of Maiduguri the capital of Borno State.
No official statement has been released by the Nigerian government or army officials operating the area.
Teachers have insisted that over 100 female students were taken away from the government school and are yet to be found.
Boko Haram has been attacking schools and killing children in Northern Nigeria for several years now.
A military operation in the regions they operate has not managed to stymie their terror activities.
