The Special Forces of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) killed the facilitator of Taliban explosions in North-eastern Takhar province.
According to NDS, their Special Forces killed Salahuddin popularly known as Ibrahimi, the facilitator of Taliban explosions in Takhar.
Salahuddin had recently visited Taloqan city to carry out a series of targeted attacks against the tribal elders and security forces.
The National Directorate of Security identified and eliminated Salahuddin in Taloqan city therefore foiling the attacks
The National Directorate of Security also added that a group of 9 Taliban militants were arrested during a separate NDS Special Forces operation in Takhar province.
