Heavy fighting broke out between government soldiers –Somali National Army troops and Al-Shabaab terror operatives in southwest of Somalia.
The fighting erupted up when government soldiers following on intelligence tip-off launched an attack on terrorists’ targets in Leego town.
Several terror operatives were killed in the fighting, according to a military source. Several others fled with gun injuries.
There was no immediate response from humiliated Al-Qaeda linked Al-Shabaab over the military claims.
