A senior attack identified as Mawlawi Wali Jan, a planner for the Taliban terrorist group in the province of Urozgan was been killed in an airstrike, along with 11 other terror operatives, Afghan Ministry of the Interior has confirmed
In a statement, the ministry confirmed that on Tuesday 3, 2018, the shadow deputy governor of the armed Taliban for the southern Urozgan province Mawlawi Wali Jan known as Hamza alongside his 11 accomplices were killed in an airstrike.
The ministry added that the airstrike took place in the province’s capital of Tirin Kut.
The air raid also resulted in the destruction of terrorist vehicles, weapons and ammunition.
Separately, same day, at least 65 Daesh (ISIS) terrorists were killed and 18 wounded by the Afghan forces in operations in Nangarhar province
