Two Al-Shabaab terrorist commanders surrendered to Somali National Army at about 45 kilometers to Bur-hakaba town in Bay region southwest Somalia.
Bur-hakaba District Commissioner, Mohamed Ibrahim Aden confirmed to the State media, Somali National News Agency(SONNA) that the two terror commanders decided to lay down the army and join to their community.
” These terrorists defected from their wrong ideology of Al-Shabaab, on -going military operations led more progress on the security under Southwest State Administration now”, Mr. Aden said.
He added that terrorist operatives surrendering to Southwest State and SNA forces have increased in recent times.
