National Intelligence and Security Agency officers killed two terrorist operatives on Sunday night after trying to wage mortar attacks in the capital.
Confirming the incident, Minister of Internal Security of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Abukar Islow Duale told Somali National News Agency (SONNA) that the terror operatives were about lay a siege and to terrorize people when they were shot dead. The small car they were using was also torched.
“The Security forces did good job, they killed two Al-Shabaab operatives, they were armed and made resistance during the operation”, Minister was quoted saying.
