Police on Monday night gunned down five robbers in Nairobi’s Kayole and Shauri Moyo areas.
Police recovered a stolen car, two guns and handcuffs from the thugs.
In the Kayole incident, police gunned down four men who had robbed a motorist.
The robbery had taken place in Dandora area before the car was traced to Kayole where the four were shot dead.
The fifth thug identified as Jacky was floored in Shauri Moyo and a loaded pistol found.
According to the lead officer in Shauri Moyo incident, Jacky had been on their on their wanted listed over a number of robberies in the area.
