Kenya and Israel will share intelligence in order to fight the ill-acts of terrorism.
This is according to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who is on three-day official visit in Kenya.
Speaking during a joint press conference with his host, President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi, Israeli PM lauded Kenya’s effort in fighting and averting wave of terrorism that is attacking innocent people.
Netanyahu noted the importance of sharing intelligence saying “If you know in advance and can prevent it or pre-empt it that is more helpful. Israel is doing it. We will share intelligence with Kenya and Africa. We share similar experiences and we must remain united to fight this scourge of terror,”
President Kenyatta noted that Kenya stands to gain a lot from Israel in matters security, training, strategic thinking and help in use of technology.
