Monday 6th June 2016, Turkish military released figures from to counter-terrorism operations in the country’s southeast.
The details reports on the operations carried by the Turkish army in Nusaybin and Sirnak after 82 days of fighting.
According to a military statement from General Staff, 495 PKK terrorists were killed in Nusaybin, a town lying on the Syrian border in Mardin province, since the operation began while in Sirnak 505 terrorists have been killed.
Military operations Nusaybin and Sirnak were lauched on March 14 and ended on June 3 according to a corresponding report by Anadolu News Agency.
