Kenya defense forces naval arm is to receive its offshore patrol craft, the KNS Jasiri Mombasa made by Euromarine Industries for a whooping 4.6billion Kenyan shillings before mid March.
KNS Jasiri is a 1050-tonne offshore patrol vessel (OPV) made by Euromarine Industries and Spanish shipbuilder Astilleros Gondan as subcontractor
The ship was docked at the port of Ribadeo where Euromarine Industries assembled the armed maritime defense ship.
The naval warship is the most advanced, well armed, and superior to any other the Kenya navy vessel and in the region.
