From yesterday 22nd September 2015, Afghan forces backed with other security personnel have carried out surgical military operations killing more than 30 Taliban militants and wounded dozens others.
The operations carried out over the past 24 hours in the war-torn regions in Badakhshan, Ghazni, Helmand, Herat, Kandahar, Kunduz and Sar-e Pol provinces of Afghanistan.
Afghanistan is country that continues to face challenges of insecurity for that last 14 years after US-led coalition invaded the country in the campaigns against the war on terror.
Although the US-led offensives have been able to face out Taliban militants from power and from many areas in Afghanistan, the country still is beset with insecurity of insurgency.
