Frankie Almuina and Kayla Almuina have been arrested for child abuse, police reported.
Frankie Almuina, 20, and Kayla Almuina, 19, were arrested at their Williams, Ariz., home Thursday.
They were charged with two counts of child abuse in what police claim to be the most horrendous thing ever seen in Arizona.
