The Government of Kenya is tracking Rukia Mbarak Faraj, a female Al-Shabaab recruiter and wife to wanted jihadist Rashid Kufungwa.
The Government of the Republic of Kenya is offering a cash bounty of KES 2,000,000.00 to any one who successfully leads to the arrest of the female jihadist.
Intelligence reports show that the woman has been living in the North Eastern Province area and has consistently used refugee camps as her base and hiding place.
Rukia Faraj is married to Al-Shabaab terrorist-operative Rashid Kufungwa.
The woman has been helping the Al-Shabaab terror group through Rashid Kufungwa smuggle arms to Kenya’s NEP region particularly Garissa region.
