A Joint US-Russia war offensive against ISIS in Libya is building up as the two countries gear to expand their military collaboration against the Islamic State Takfiri that is slowly finding haven in the North African country- Libya.
President Barack Obama in January announced the formation of an anti-terror front in Libya that will eradicate the gradually spreading ISIS in Libya. British SAS troops (1000 troops) are already on ground in Libya for what is being viewed as the largest anti-ISIS offensive outside Middle East with French troops expected to arrive before the end of January.
The troops are expected to work closely with the internationally recognized government based in Tobruk as the Libyan Unity Government is slated to bring together the two governments in Libya.
Libya has for the past year become a safe haven for the ISIS militants fleeing the Middle East (Iraq and Syria) that has heavy counter-ISIS campaign by the countries in the West. The militants have continuously taken advantage of the lack of a sole central government making it easy to thrive, camouflage and launch attacks in both North and West African countries.

Good idea. Let ISIS know that none is ready to welcome them. Let the communities be shown their weird videos raping women and executing their men. Obseneties excluded but forceful kidnapping and capture of their victims.
Rejection is already a good measure to discourage ISIS to continue with their programme for a long time. They will already know that people are waiting to resist them bitterly. Guns do not scare off people but courage to survive keeps people together to resist a powerful enemy. We need to see Muslim communities everywhere sounding their voices against them as a measure of solidarity if they believe they are being misrepresented by the group.
yes destroy them all leave no survivor
Russia is honest but I doubt USA on its commitment to kill ISIS
